Which type of planner should I choose for my student?

Physical Planner: Ideal for students who prefer writing by hand and benefit from the tactile aspect of pen and paper. It’s perfect for visualizing tasks and goals physically, and it’s great for those who enjoy highlighting and physically checking off completed tasks.

Digital Planner: Suited for students who are comfortable with technology and prefer having their academic tools integrated with their digital devices. It offers interactive features, can be used with various note-taking apps, and is excellent for on-the-go updates and reminders.

Both versions are designed to enhance organization, productivity, and personal growth, so the choice depends on your student’s preferred method of engagement and organization.

Do you offer discount codes?

We do offer discount codes regularly! Make sure to subscribe to our newsletter, follow us on Instagram and Facebook so you don’t miss out on any discount codes.

The product I want is sold out, when will it restock?

If it says sold out, it is sold out. (For now) We do our best to restock as quickly as possible. Feel free to email support@sarahlcowart.com and we would be happy to answer your question!

Help! Something is wrong with my digital download.

1. If you haven't received an email for your digital downloads, email us at support@sarahlcowart.com.

2. If you are using Safari and receive the error message "decompression failed", follow these steps: Go to Safari, settings, general, and uncheck the Open "safe" files after downloading. Go into your downloads (top right) and open the zip file again.

3. If you are still struggling with your digital downloads, email us at support@sarahlcowart.com

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

How do you ship?

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You will have the option to select a delivery method during checkout.

When will my order ship?

Orders typically ship out within 2-3 business days unless otherwise noted. Some order can take up to 7 business days to process depending on the volume of orders.

You can always check the status of your order by clicking the button inside your “Order Confirmation” email. The button says “View My Order.”

Can I change my order?

If we have not shipped it out yet, we will give you a 12-hour window of time after you place your order to make changes.

After this 12-hour window we are unable to make any changes to order details once an order is submitted through our shop.

My order says "delivered" but it has not arrived.

If your package was marked as delivered but you have not yet received it, please take the following steps:

1 - Wait 24 hours. Very often USPS will mark an order as ‘delivered’ prematurely. So please give it 24 hours prior to reaching out.

2 - Was your order delivered to parcel locker? Sometimes the post office will hold your package in a parcel locker inside the post office. Double check the tracking details from your email.

3 - Check with neighbors to see if the package was left there. Reach out to your local post office. Share the tracking number with USPS. We recommend going to USPS in person.

If after you do that you still can’t find your package, we can definitely help you. Please email us at support@sarahlcowart.com and we will be more than happy to send you a replacement if needed.

Can I return or exchange my product?

Digital Products: All digital products are final sale and cannot be returned. However, if you encounter any issues or have concerns, please contact us for support.

Physical Products: For physical products, we accept exchanges or can offer store credit if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Please reach out to us within 14 days of purchase to initiate an exchange or to receive store credit.

We currently sell our products wholesale. We offer 40% discounts on select products, with a minimum of $675 for initial order.
